Sisters were visiting the families in and aroundcurtorim and many people requested the sisters to start a school so to give qualitative education. At the same time Fr. Nazario Godinho, the then parish priest seeing the needs of the people and the sustainability of the sisters, motivated the sisters to start a kindergarten in order to have some income for sisters.
Hence, in 1999, St Francis Blooming Buds, Kindergarten was first started in one of the convent hall. In 2000, the newly constructed school building was inaugurated. The construction was done with the Support and help from the Congregation and from the Local donors. The Kindergarten is registered in the Panchayat and the registration in the government is in process
